4. Orders and Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, it may not be possible to cancel or amend it. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at vegeverything6@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Singapore. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence at vegeverything6@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Veg Everything Pte Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.
